Return policy
You can exchange or return the goods for free within 15 days of receipt of goods for products ordered at Products exchanged must be products without any signs of being used and with original stamps, labels and original packages intact. In case of exchange and return:

The delivery is broken, wrong order or missing content.
SanKyo encourages customers to check the status of the boxes and products before payment and sign the goods to ensure that the goods are delivered in the right type, quantity, color according to the order and the situation. External condition is not affected (broken / scratched). If this is the case, please refuse to receive the goods and / or immediately notify the delivery department so we have a timely solution.
In the event that the customer has paid, received and then found the goods are broken, wrong content or missing goods, we are not responsible for this omission.
Defective delivery goods:

Product is only considered to be a technical defect when confirmed by our technical staff or service center.
If you have problems with products ordered at, please contact our customer service on the warranty card for instructions on how to check and return products.
After 15 days from the day you receive the goods, SanKyo reserves the right to refuse to receive returns.
